Our story

The origin of the project.

Ma Normandie est Servie was born of a meeting and a shared passion: love of Norman heritage and a taste for quality service.

In 2016, Nathalie and Valentin met during a vintage car rally. They quickly combined their skills to renovate several properties in Normandy. Owners of short- and mid-term rentals, they were soon approached by other owners and local merchants.

That is how their concierge service was born, an agency rooted in the Norman terroir, blending comfort, authenticity and French hospitality. Their goal? Offer the comfort of home with the refined services of a hotel, while respecting the spirit of each place.

Nathalie

After more than 20 years in payments, including 10 internationally, Nathalie chose a 180° turn to put down roots in Normandy.

"In 2006, when I moved to Canada, I had to manage my Paris flat rental remotely... well before platforms like Airbnb took off."

With a dual background (engineer & business school), she ran innovative projects for payment industry leaders, including launching mobile payments (Apple Pay, Paylib). She founded a first company in Quebec, then a second on her return to France.

Today she puts her leadership, energy and strategic eye at the service of Ma Normandie est Servie, which she co-founded. Her management experience, attention to detail and feel for hospitality make her a precious ally.

High standards and golden hands

Valentin

Former sous-chef in starred restaurants in Paris and London, Valentin returned to Normandy, his native land, to write a new chapter of his journey.

Recently certified as a plumber, he combines culinary and technical skills to renovate, maintain and enhance the properties under management.

Owner of Le Petit Fournil, a gîte renovated with passion, he quickly earned Airbnb Superhost status with a 4.95 rating and a Guest Favourite badge.

Today he continues renovating a new property and works with rigour and care for the owners supported by the concierge service.
