The Norman art of living

In this Norman chateau, the Norman art of living is elevated by a luxury concierge service

Between history and modernity, the Château de Grisy comes back to life. Discover how the duo behind the "Ma Normandie est Servie" concierge service is reinventing prestige hospitality in this estate.

The reawakening of a 16th-century jewel. Set in Vendeuvre (Calvados), in the heart of the Norman countryside, the Château de Grisy offers a journey through time, from its medieval origins to its 18th-century extensions. The owners have succeeded in preserving the soul of the place - illustrated by a monumental cider press - while delivering high-end contemporary services, including a renovated farmhouse and a swimming pool.

Two unconventional paths in the service of heritage

To bring this estate to life, the owners rely on the expertise of Nathalie Caye and Valentin Gemi-Bonetta, founders of the "Ma Normandie est Servie" concierge service.

Their partnership rests on rare complementary skills. Valentin is a former palace-hotel chef who retrained as a plumber to handle technical maintenance. Nathalie is a former international banking executive, an expert in coordinating luxury services and VIP hospitality.

A "Coup de Pouce" boost from the Region

The quality of this entrepreneurial project was recognised by the Normandy Region, which awarded a 3,000 EUR grant through the "Coup de Pouce" scheme. Bruno Choix, president of CMA Normandie, highlighted the importance of this support for local businesses which, like this concierge service, offer bespoke services:

Logistics: laundry, housekeeping and full management.

Backing from the Normandy Region

To support the launch of this business, the Normandy Region accompanied the two entrepreneurs with a 3,000 EUR grant via the "Coup de Pouce" scheme.

Present during a visit, Bruno Choix could see first-hand the concrete impact of this support, which backs the creation of businesses with fewer than 10 employees in the area.
